Strawberry Moon Yoga Studio is the face of Strawberry Moon Wellness CIC. A CIC (community interest company) where supporting our local community is at the centre of everything we do. Our aim is to help provide free or affordable yoga and wellbeing services to improve pre- / postnatal wellbeing, and post traumatic growth support for families who have experienced baby loss.

The Peaceful Pregnancy Project

The Peaceful Pregnancy Project Runs from July-August 2023. It offers 6 free pregnancy yoga classes to help improve overall wellbeing during pregnancy and pregnancy after loss. The classes utilise the power of yoga and positive psychology interventions to support women to build resilience skills, nurture their mind and body, and learn practical skills to reduce stress and anxiety to improve psychological and emotional wellbeing.

Collaborations

We are all about collaborations and connections and want to share our love and message with as many people, companies and organisations as possible. Whether this be community connections, joint projects or retreats, we're here for it all!

This charity supports organisations like Strawberry Moon. They have awarded us with our first grant to provide a funded pregnancy yoga project.
